How does the At-Home or At-Hotel service work?
To provide a focused experience, we operate strictly by appointment. This is the case both at our showroom in Ratchaprarop Soi 12 and for our at-home and at-hotel appointments.
For appointments at your designated location, we bring our entire collection of linen samples to your consultation, to cover fabric preferences, measurements, and style requirements. We begin working on your clothes after your appointment and return for each fitting, ultimately delivering your custom linen garments to your home or hotel when ready. There is no extra charge for consultations and fittings outside of our showroom, within central Bangkok.
What is the typical turnaround time?
As standard, our turnaround time for most garments is 3-5 days.
I’m only in Bangkok for two days. Is that enough time?
In certain cases, such a timeframe may be possible. However, fabric choices will be limited to certain colours or weights based on what is immediately ready for cutting. Feel free to contact us in advance and we can advise what is possible, and if any “Express” surcharges will apply.
Do you offer custom tailoring for women?
Yes, we do. We can make dresses, women’s suits, jumpsuits, blouses, trousers, skirts, and more. Each garment is custom-made for you with high-quality linen by a linen tailoring expert.
Do you keep my measurements on file?
Yes, we keep your measurements on file for 4-5 years. This makes it easy for our international clients to reorder new colours or styles via WhatsApp or email upon returning home.
Can I provide my own design or a photo of a style I like?
Yes! That is the benefit of custom tailoring. While we have lookbooks that you can browse through for inspiration, you are welcome to bring or sketch your own designs and we will work to “recreate” it to your specific measurements.
Is there a minimum order for hotel or home visits?
There is a minimum order of 5,000 THB for hotel or home visits within central Bangkok. This allows us to ensure each client receives a focused experience throughout the process of working with us.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept cash (THB), payment by Visa/MasterCard debit/credit cards, and local bank transfers.
